Many building kits on this website are made available as preorders. This means that there will be a defined pre-order period during which these kits will be made available for purchase. After the end date of the pre-order period, all orders will enter production (e.g. parts sourced, instructions printed, etc.).

Because kit production relies on third parties such as parts suppliers, it is not possible to provide a definite shipping date. However, kits will be produced and shipped as fast as possible after the pre-order period, likely within one to two weeks. Once kits are mailed, shipping information will be provided. A time estimate will be provided for any kit for sale as a pre-order, but this estimate may not be accurate. If there are any delays or problems in the production process, customers will be notified immediately and the issue will be resolved to the best of our ability.
