FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHAT SCALE ARE OUR KITS?

Our models are made to fit 1:45th (minifigure compatible) scale. This means they may look a bit smaller to some people who are used to the more common 1:35th scale, but they are still compatible with minifigs. As you might notice, minifigures aren't precisely accurate to human proportions, meaning there is no one "true" minifig scale, but instead a variety of compatible scales depending on how one approaches the issue. 1:45th scales using a minifigure's height (1:35th uses width). This means that 1:45th scale models will look more accurate in size next to figures, fit into your MOCs better, and best of all, require less parts, which allows us to pass the savings onto you!

WHAT PIECES DO WE USE?

We use only good condition LEGO® pieces as the basis of our building kits. Some building kits may also contain supplemental custom elements for weapons or track links. All pieces are in new condition wherever possible. When new pieces are not available, we source used pieces which are inspected to be in good condition. If you have problems with any piece, don't hesitate to contact us in order to resolve the issue.

WHAT IF MY KIT IS MISSING A PART?

We do our best to meticulously sort all kits. However, with such large quantities of pieces, mistakes can happen. If you notice a missing or otherwise unsatisfactory piece in your kit, please get in contact with us immediately and we will be happy to offer you a free replacement!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We do our best to ship all orders as fast as possible. However, after a large release, shipping may take longer as we work to process more orders than usual. If you have purchased a kit during one of our Wave releases, we ask you to please be aware of this possibility and thank you for your patience. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any other questions about an order.

WHAT DOES A KIT PREORDER MEAN?

As you might see on some products, some kits are made available as preorders. This means there will be a defined window during which the kit can be ordered, and following the end date of this window, the kit will be produced and shipped as fast as possible, likely within 1-2 weeks. Please be aware that preorders will necessarily take longer to ship than in-stock kits, but if there are any delays beyond normal, customers will be notified and every effort made to resolve the issue.

WHEN WILL A KIT BE RESTOCKED?

We are always interested in bringing sold-out kits back, especially if we can improve on the design. However, we are always working on new designs, so it may take some time for an older kit to be restocked. If you are interested in a certain kit, feel free to let us know, it may not return right away, but it always helps to know what we should do next!
